Y’all be careful!
I spent time out my day and I got work to be at and a kitten I gotta feed and you’re telling me I just gotta switch it out? No gift card? No refund? I don’t care if it’s a funky 12 dollars, give me my money and extra for emotional distress because that’s sick! Maggots in that and ya’ll just gonna brush me off and the fact they didn’t even look inside but I told them to. They made me wait 10-15 minutes before the woman came and finally got me again. I didn’t get her name but I went in at 9pm and it was a blonde older woman who was a manager. Y’all, I am traumatized with that and so furious they didn’t care and wasted my time as well. ?

Worst experience of my life. I run a small company here in Oklahoma City. We do furnished rooms. We decided to change up our business model and returned a couple of the TVs and small appliances that we bought. As I was there they decided to call out the management and the police. They treated me like a damn criminal. To say I'm irritated about the situation would be an understatement. I had a receipt. Management came out in me sir. What door did you come in? We need to check the cameras. Excuse me, thought that was your job. I was treated like a criminal. All I did was spend thousands of dollars with you over the last couple years. Furnishing houses. The police y'all. They called the police. Haven't been in trouble. Haven't done anything illegal in my entire life.

I dropped my bank card between the register and my car. I was panicked as the store was overflowing with back to school shoppers. I went to customer service for help. I needed to call my spouse to shutdown the card. As the mall cop there stuffed his face with a pastry, I was told, " Walmart does not provide public phones to customers "
A few days later I was back at this store. On approach to the entrance, 2 men and a old lady are humiliating a man, yelling at him to leave and telling him to have a great day, hands waving in the air. As we walked past them, they were laughing and enjoying this man's humiliation. I didn't want to deal with these people and did not ask about the bank card.
My last visit.... I go to customer service, they have the card, wonderful. I explained to the manager my experience. I did get an apology. And then was told at money services they have a phone people can use. I HATE this store!! AVOID it. Drive the 10 minutes to the next one!!!

5 stars for Justin n the older gentleman that was stocking in the phone/electronics area.The older gentleman helped me twice w purchases even tho he was stocking.But Justin is the Star of the smart phones are,he set up a new phone for me about a year ago plus he helped me with another phone yesterday,Both men are polite n professional n I appreciate their help.Great job n thank you

Expectations are always low when going to Walmart, but don’t open at 6 AM just for your associates to tell me they can’t unlock a cabinet for me because “they don’t open until 7.” Store opens at 6, I don’t really care when you start servicing vehicles.

I recently bought shirt and Jean's. I went into Walmart exchange clothes for smaller size. No one was at desk to help people, then we ask for a manager and got very rude and disrespectful manager .. cashier did not even ask if we wanted to exchange or gift card. Put back on my card with no question. 99 percent of time people go back in the store and spend the money. Now got embarrassed at register trying to purchase my items, because it take 7 business days to go back on card. I will never shop at the walmart again. I feel sorry for anyone goes through what I went through.

Bought a cheese danish about 5 minutes ago. Took a couple bites and it tasted disgusting. Looked at the danish to find mold on the back of it. Love how the packaging says freshness guaranteed!!! More like poison guaranteed!
