Excellent service, we had a problem with our incoming data line on Friday and within an hour or two of the real estate agent placing the work order, NWComms were with us and had it repaired. Very happy with that!

It was a long shot trying to find navigation network cables,but talking to Alex on the front desk, we nutted out a solution and armed with a few off the shelf items I was able to fix the problem. Great service, thanks Alex.

Great service and they don't charge ridiculous prices like some local businesses.

Repairs, equipment (including computer, mobile phone boosters, security cameras, various antennas etc) plus great advice.

Definitely worth checking out if you need any IT/telecommunications equipment or repairs.

NW Communications has impeccable integrity and service. They saved me with being able to fix my computer, it is now working faster and better than it did before it broke. I am so grateful and I am now able to do my work. I can't recommend this company enough. They completely know what they are doing. The people who own it and work there are awesome! Who wouldn't want to support that?

They have canceled multiple appointments using fake excuses like adverse weather conditions stopped them, this being on a day without a cloud in the sky.

The appointment was made by my service provider which gets sent to this business.

As the only NBN technicians in the area there is nowhere else for this work to go. When you are the only provider then you actions are not able to be hidden and you cannot blame others.

I was forced to wait at my house for them to arrive multiple times, I contacted my service provider multiple times through the day who contacted this business. I was informed that there was a Technician coming out only for this business to cancel's at 5pm.

These actions your business has conducted does in fact reflect on the services you fail to provide.

Got treated like a feral rat when asked for a refund on a product that didn't work. Should have been told no refunds at purchase but got into a heated argument stated my case got my money back. Don't use this retailer rude and unprofessional attitude.
