Alyka initially built a new website for Backsafe Australia in 2016 and have recently taken on the management of our SEO. The website they built is robust and very functional, easy to work with and has a lot of potential for customisation. Their customer support team is always ready to help for any assistance we need. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
Very disappointed with this company.
6 months later and $16,000 on a basic website that will never go live!! We have had enough and pulled the pin and decided to go to Bonfire the #1 agency in Perth who are on another level in every way.

Alyka keep asking for another $4,000 and another $4,000 to make a few small changes which is just ridiculous!! Dan Virgo who was looking after was extremely rude and needs to learn a thing about customer service.

Communication with Alyka is terrible! They are either on Holiday or in a meeting and get back to you 3-5 days later. Everything must be done through email. You simply just can’t call for anything.

Dan even had the cheek to tell me that they do government websites for $200,000 which are priority and our website nearly $20,000 is just a small job. No wonder it takes 6 months to get anywhere.

Spoke to the owner and he said just pay the final invoice for another $4,000 clearly doesn’t care at all and only money driven.

I have attached a screenshot on the emails so you can’t reply saying I am a fake review!!
