These guys have managed my accounts for coming up to six years and they've been incredibly helpful and communicative. They're on top of my concerns and they've got to know my accounts and have helped my along as my career has blossomed and progressed. Would recommend to any other actors who have side hustles.

FANTASTIC !
I was with a very respectable ( very expensive) accountant for years and yes they were very good BUT hard to talk to , felt very awkward asking questions I needed answering and at times was made to feel silly .
A friend recommended Theataccounts and 5 years later I never looked back ! I highly recommend them ! And I literally ask the most (I assume ) ridiculous questions and I’m always met with a valid and great answer
And to make it better they save me money and their fee is very competitive! 5 stars all round

I’ve been with Theataccounts for about a decade now and they’ve always gone above and beyond with anything I’ve needed. The team are always friendly and accommodating, and someone is always available to field your (silliest!) questions! They recently bent over backwards to help me with a time sensitive mortgage application and I will be forever grateful for that, and ALL their hard work over the last ten years. Thank you Theataccounts!

I must’ve already sent 10 of my friends to these wonderful accountants. Truly there every step of the way to help, can’t recommend them highly enough. They explain everything so well, take the time for you when you have any questions. So happy I moved to them all those years ago!

Unfortunately not for me. Slower than my previous accountants in completing the return even though I sent details through months before filing time during a quiet period. Return came back with basic errors like wrong name (which meant they probably didn't even cross-reference my passport) and incorrect line of work (which meant they probably didn't cross-reference my previous year's return). I know these are little things that could have easily been fixed but it didn't inspire confidence for the rest of the return as I wouldn't have known what to look out for when it came to the actual numbers. The fee is reasonable and they could be great for a lot of other people but I do think you get what you pay for and might have to go over your return from them more carefully.

Been with Alex and his team for 2 years now and am very happy with the service I have received. They are almost half the price of my last accountant and far more communicative and approachable. Love the clear and simple use of digital tech - Makes everything a lot simpler to review and store.
Most importantly they explain the figures in a clear and straightforward manner.
Highly recommended!

Theataccounts came recommended by another producer. Chatting with them they offered a fantastic package for my company and my personal tax return.

However I had issues with their lack of communication, issues within my accounts only became apparent after filing and my new accountant has found several issues and errors on top of the ones I'd already found. They also then charged far above and beyond the agreed package.

They are expensive, have very poor customer service and as a small company I felt that they didn't care and didn't offer the personal service that I was looking for. Not to mention the mistakes and issues in what are relatively simple accounts.

Not many can say they are looking forward to doing their accounts, but I am. Signed up with Theataccounts LLP late last year and the guidance, help and advice already has been very helpful, and I am sure year end will be just as hassle free. I am just getting ready to send my stuff over to them and they have already saved me £100 before I start. Looking forward to a long and prosperous working relationship with them.
