I booked this company regretfully.. I have paid this woman $3000 for unusable product images not only did this woman cost me $3000 plus an additional $200 because she used the studios lights that she is supposed to supply.. I also paid almost $2000 to book a studio so she has cost me over $5000 in which half of what she was paid for she did not do she still has not given me all the footage. I paid her thousands for product photos she sat on the couch in which every single photo is blurry. How can she charge? Thousands to put products on a couch she took less than 30 minutes to take the photos. She also claimed when I booked her, she had put together many many lash courses, and also inform me on the day and the second day we need to get as much footage as possible, but then, once the second date was over, she didn’t informed me she had too much and it was too much work. She’s a scammer she’s a terrible person. I also had to go back-and-forth multiple times to explain to her in-depth how rude she was, and I needed her to speak to me nicely, and she just continued with no apology. No self-awareness, just complete art disrespect saying the most horrendous things to someone that has given her thousands and trusted her company. I believed in this woman and she completely scammed me all she has done is upload the footage she has not edited it touched anything and she’s blocked me on Instagram and run away with $3000 and I am now going much further because it is incomprehensible. She also tried to threaten me with a lawyer, which was absolutely
The most ridiculous thing you could say, she tried to intimidate me when I know the laws, and I have also been told I have every right to go ahead with legal action against her as well as fair work trading. What she promised me in the emails and what she said After and how she treated me her business shouldn’t even exist. I am so heartbroken, upset, angry every emotion that this woman has done this and treated me so bad when I treated her like absolute Gold when booking her, paid her everything she wanted straight away. I was even going to pay extra the whole amount in full, which would’ve been another 2000 on top of everything. Thank God it was only 3000 but I am now so out of pocket. I’ve had to pay a new person to do my branding shoot. She has really hurt me and my business and no sorry or refund of money for everything she’s done wrong. No apology just blocked me on Instagram. Please do not book this woman. She is such a horrible person inside and out and to do this to a small business I can’t even comprehend please do not waste your money here . She will not make your business dreams come true. She also continue to talk very poorly about one of her clients at The First shoot saying that she was upset she was losing clients but she was an idiot because she was doing the right thing or something about the Client . I don’t know exactly, but I should’ve known from then if she speaking so poorly about her clients at a job that she was a terrible person . She also would say the camera up especially the second day and just sit on her phone and run to the bathroom with her phone multiple times while leaving the camera on but she claims she’s to busy to respond with dates for anything please be aware I honestly was so shocked when I saw 5 star rating because she has literally ran away with 3k and I will not accept this what she has done to my mental health and stress levels is unbelievable please do not make the mistake I did by booking her.
