I'm disappointed with my experience at Bytes 'n Colours, despite contacting them a month out of Christmas and providing multiple designs I was unable to even get a quote for my print run of 2 books. Yet they still led me on until I was eventually ignored. I wish they had just told me they were too busy in the first place and I would've gone to another printer before it got too late. An unfortunate turn of events for a christmas present I was quite excited for.

Absolutely amazing service. Marshall greeted us as sone as we walked in and made us feel welcome. We had a short turnaround for booklets for my Aunts funeral. Bytes n colours made the whole process so much easier then everyone else we had asked and was able to have everything ready to go for us a lot sooner then we expected.

Bit annoyed!!

At first the interactions were great! But somehow the my quote was lost after multiple calls and emails and even me attending the store- I still don’t have any idea where my order/quote is?
Got promised it’ll be with me straight away even stayed at the desk waiting and ended up leaving with zero acknowledgment!

Still have no quote!

I don’t think my business is important enough - can anyone recommend a more professional printer in Canberra?

The team went above and beyond for an urgent print I needed to complete a uni assignment after being stuffed around by another printing company. Bytes N Colours are a professional and high quality printing service. I walked into their shop on a Monday midday requiring an urgent job by Wednesday afternoon. Bytes N Colours was brilliant. Their helpful staff advised me on what I needed, immediately provided a written quote and then set about delivering. When I turned up on Wednesday everything was ready as promised. And the price and quality was excellent too. Highly recommended!

Can't stress how thankful I am to the team(Minh, Eddie, Rick and Mal) at Bytes N' Colours for their support during the most busiest and craziest of the days at the Law Council of Australia. The Gala dinner was a huge success and this would surely not have been possible without the wonderful people at Bytes and Colours.

Cant stress how much I appreciated the fact that the print was delivered at our office in time for the event.

Thank you, Bytes N' Colours for accommodating all our last minutes requests and the numerous phone calls to incorporate changes to our print assignments.

Was referred to use Bytes ‘N Colours by a friend for a small uni project. Staff were incredibly kind and explained all the options to me. After a few proof copies and changes I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. 10/10 for service, turn around time and quality. Will definitely be back
