The team at Amazing Skills have been incredibly supportive since first reaching out to them. My son was very hesitant to be part of an online social skills course when it was first mentioned. Thankfully he joined me in the initial 'meet the leader' session because his mind was quickly changed after meeting his leader, Martin. He has since completed the course, has learnt lifelong skills and had a lot of fun in the process. He now engages with the team for Social Minecraft where he can apply his amazing skills with amazing peers & an amazing 'Amazing Skills' team leader. I highly recommend their programs - they're run so professionally and great for much needed parent support!

I could not recommend Amazing Skills enough. We been with them almost for 2 years, and completed plenty of courses. They have helped our family so much with their programmes.
Secret agent society, Mincraft, social games and arts, and plenty more. We took a break now as our daughter transitioned to year 7 and have to reschedule her activities. But definitely coming back soon for social games.
The parents sessions, especially at the beginning, helped us a lot. Being a parents with recently diagnosed child is challenging , was good to know we are not alone.
All staff exceptionally professional and friendly.

Wonderful, friendly, super helpful staff/ teachers. Willing to give extra support and ideas. Lessons are interactive, relevant and fun. Skills can be put into practice immediately and used in daily life. Parent support is amazing. Both my older teen and my younger child have benefited from these courses.

We were really struggling to help our son navigate the social aspects of primary school. The curriculum of this course targeted exactly what the issues he faced were, so we enrolled him. From the beginning, we found the information very comprehensive, delivered by very experienced practitioners.
Our instructor Rusty was absolutely marvellous. Very skilled at engaging the group online, and pacing the information in a clever and empathic way.
It's been so great to watch our sons confidence grow as well as his ability to deal with difficult situations. He's well on his way now. I would highly recommend Amazing Skills.

Our family has been engaging with this group and finished the 14 week online Peers group (social skills for teenagers) last week, which is so comprehensive and also grounded. I'm happy to report that despite my teen having a strong tendency to straying onto other online games while in an online session of any sort, the facilitators at Amazing Skills are highly skilled at bringing every member of the group into connection while genuinely building confidence and skills. Parents are very much included in the process and get (strength focused) reports back the same day about how their child went. A very positive experience overall, they really know their stuff!

I'm so glad I found this company. They have helped our family so much with their programmes. My son loves his Minecraft sessions on Saturday's and is now confident to interact with peers. He continues throughout the school holidays so he doesn't miss out.
He has completed the Secret Agency Society and Friendship Hero courses as well.
We were all nervous about him starting Year 7 in a new city, but thanks to Amazing Skills, the knowledge and support he has been given, he's made 2 new friends already!
Everyone we have interacted with is not only professional and supportive but extremely caring, they do not care about getting your money or NDIS funding, they care about helping your family. I could not recommend them and their courses enough!

My son is currently doing his third course with Amazing Skills. He is throughly enjoying each session. He has learnt so much about how to be more social with people. Oscar did the PEERS course in 2022 before entering into Yr 11 and a new school the following year. He put into use some of the suggestions on how to start a conversation. He would wear a different graphic tshirt to school to encourage someone to comment and then he would continue the conversation. He has continued to do this. Oscar has not long completed the Adventure Team course during the holidays. He was keen everyday it was on to log in. He is currently redoing PEERS at his request. He felt he needed a refresher. With all these courses there are parent sessions. I have absolutely loved joining the session and talking about my experiences and listening to other parents. Having a teen or child with Autism can sometimes be lonely, it is so wonderful to talk to others. The team at Amazing skills have always been fantastic to deal with. We already have another course lined up for when this one finishes. Sometimes people worry about the online aspect, I did but my son was in a safe environment, ie home, it took a lot of stress out of engaging with strangers who have become friends. Absolutely recommend this wonderful organisation.

Our beautiful master 11 (asd,pda,adhd) has now done a few classes with Amazing skills ( friendship hero, minecraft social, SAS). He enjoyed them and we have watched him grow and flourish. He has learnt invaluable skills that we see him use on a daily basis. The teachers/ leaders have always been kind and caring while leading the groups through the courses. One of the bonus parts is that parents are included with parent sessions so we can keep up with what the kiddos have learnt too. We also received communication through out so we could use language learnt and guides to help our children navigate those tricky situations. We look forward to him participating in more sessions as he grows. Highly recommend
