Disgusting! Take your money and don't actually deliver the course. Then when I asked for a refund they refused to deal with me. Money grabbing incompetent thieves! Do yourself a favour and stay well away.

Serious review of their practices are overdue. I advised that I couldn't do a course that they chased me for payment because, due to extenuating circumstances, I could not do. Orlando was like a pit bull and wouldn't let it rest. I paid, and then after finally (almost 8 months) I went above and finally had the refund approved. Now I will find another provider to do the course through. I refuse to spend another cent with the clowns in this circus.

I had such high hopes for CIT Solutions. After being let down three times in one week I feel I need to share my experience with other would be customers.
I booked a one day photography course as a gift for my husband. A month before the course I had an email saying the date was changed. Another week later they changed the date again. We lost faith and canceled my husband’s place on the course.
I signed up to upgrade my Cert IV in training and assessment. I rang on 5 February to query the pre-work for the start date on 11 February . I spoke to “C” and he told me the class had been canceled and I should have been advised. I wasn’t. I asked “C” to confirm that the short course in understanding unconscious bias I was signed up for on 6 February was still on and I was booked in. He assured me it was.
Today I arrived for the course. I waited until the appointed start time; no show at the room I had been directed to by my confirmation email. Spoke to “L”. He said the course had been canceled. I asked who I could give my feedback to. He said “me” and said he was very sorry.
I’m sorry that after three attempts I’ve had no luck trying any training at CIT Solutions!
