Very poor ethics here. Advertising a house for auction, then pulling the "make your best offer" before the auction trick.

Best to avoid this agent, whether buying, or selling. Don't waste your time with them at all.

We had a terrible experience with LJ Hooker and Hume Community Housing as a property landlord. Our property manager from LJ Hooker and contact from Hume Community Housing are completely inexperienced and unaware of basic landlord-tenant laws, which led to a significant delay in the eviction process. Even now, with the lease ending soon in 2 days, both are unable to provide and commit to a clear timeline for the return of the keys from the tenant and have advised that there would be further delays upon end of lease up to two weeks after the 90 day period. I would not recommend their services to anyone as a landlord or tenant. The service and communication provided was at all times was reactive and not proactive in any regards. They have a total disrespect for meeting deadlines set and lack any project management skills.

Reviewed as a Landlord, they are proactive and have great customer service and as an agent they are thorough in ensuring property meet compliance and regulations. Which as a result ensure both the landlord is protected and the tennant renting the property is safe from issues.

They are open and easy to negotiate with and can be flexible, If i purchase more property in the area they will be my first choice for management.

I spoke to Din and she addressed all my concerns and worked quickly to get everything up and running.
