I have nothing but great things to say about Fireplace Masters. I have dreamed of a wood fireplace since I was a little girl. Purchasing a two storey home which could not accommodate a straight flue, I was understandably nervous about the aesthetic of a 45 degree bend. How silly that seems now. I’m absolutely in love with my fireplace. I purchased the Blaze 905 and it is beautiful. Kerryn is amazing, she was so helpful with all of my questions. I love that they also provide installation as you know the total cost from the outset. The three blokes who installed my fireplace were also wonderful. Even the flue on my external wall is beautiful. 5 stars! Thank you!

"Exceptional Service and Quality Workmanship"

Three years after our fireplace was installed, we encountered an issue with the baffle (the top part of the firebox). I reached out to Igal from Fireplace Masters, and he responded promptly by coming out to inspect the situation. Not only did he address the issue with the baffle, but he also identified another potential problem we hadn't noticed.

What truly impressed me was that despite it being a warranty issue, Igal prioritized our situation and quickly scheduled a full day with his team to fix everything at no additional cost. The fact that this happened three years after installation, and Igal didn't hesitate to prioritize us, speaks volumes about the integrity and professionalism of Fireplace Masters.

We're extremely happy we chose to build through Igal and his team. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is outstanding, and I highly recommend Fireplace Masters to anyone looking for top-notch service and craftsmanship.

Recently had Fireplace Masters install a new Insulated Flue Kit to the wood heater in our bar area. The two young fellas did a sensational job and cannot fault their work or professionalism. We’d like to thank Igal, Shaun, Blake and Jackson for making the

entire experience so easy for us. From our initial visit where

Igal went through options and quoted and requoted several times

until we finally placed an order, right through to the instal

and coming up with a great solution to install our mantle

(thanks Shaun!). We would be more than happy to recommend Fireplace Masters to everyone.
