I reside in Victoria and ordered a 7hp chipper mulcher. To my amazement within 24 hours it had been delivered. It was quick and simple to put together and works an absolute treat. I am so impressed by the service and quality of the product I have no hesitation in saying that I will only purchase these type of items from them and highly recommend them to all.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Big Boys Toys. Not only is their customer service absolutely terrible, but they also have no idea how to handle customers or address concerns. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and seem completely incompetent when it comes to even the most basic customer service skills.

On top of that, the products they sell are built with cheap Chinese parts but are being sold at premium prices. The quality is shockingly low for the price they’re charging, and it feels like they’re just looking to make a quick profit without caring about the customer. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere, because Big Boys Toys is a rip-off.

I bought the 60T diesel log splitter recently and it has plenty of power to do what I want it to do …..almost!
The splitter wedge stops 5” short of the plate/block so it won’t fully split the wood. I am having to use a block of wood for a spacer to split logs properly right through. Not happy about this as it is not as safe as it could be! I have been in touch with BBT and they do get back to me, however they tell me it will split the wood even though it does not! I split hardwood all types, soft wood etc and it goes through everything great until the last bit, and it is to hard to try and tear apart. Doesn’t matter if the blocks are long and 2ft round or shorter, it WILL NOT, split the wood without a spacer block. All other splitters that I have had split all wood large all small and the wedge stops just shy of the plate/block. BBT’s claim that if it goes closer than 5” to the plate it will put too much pressure on the plate ( which I disagree with totally )If anyone has a better solution, please let me know

I purchased a catcher and was sent the wrong one.. it has been 3 weeks and I had to make numerous phone calls ..I had sent the catcher back and they recieved it.. I am still waiting for a louzy $65 for them to refund..they are full of excuses and no apologie. Dissapointing

I bought their top of the range BBQ ($2,500) with plumbed sink etc while our house was being built. After I put it together, I left the plastic coating on to protect it during the construction process. Now we can't remove it! The advice was to remove the protective cover before use. When we went to remove it before use we could not.

Actually, this is not the reason you should not buy from this company.

The reason why you should not deal with this company is that after some initial contact from them, when their simple solutions did not work they just ghosted me.

I notice another review, which said, and I quote, "CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE...". I think that sums it up rather accurately.

Shop with Bigger Boyz Toys if you're happy with NOT GETTING AFTER SALES SERVICE if there are any problems.

I have purchased a slasher Mower from these guys. The service were friendly and answered all the questions that I want. I purchased a Mower and the Mower is just what I like. Thank you very much for being honest.

I’ve purchased multiple products over the last 4 years from BBTA including a mulcher, slasher, fire pump, sump pump and hoses.
Given the products don’t last they are not cheap per hour run time.
$869 for a mulcher and 6-7 hours run time before the carburettor died. Bought a replacement from BBTA ($52) that was defective (choke lever retaining screw thread not machined into body). BBTA technical team did not return my phone calls (2 messages left over 4 days) chasing a response as to how the choke lever was meant to be retained on the replacement carby (Mulcher vibrates excessively when running).
Slasher drive sprocket was of such poor-quality steel it has all but worn away with limited use over 4 years (tops 30 hours run time). Basically the self-propulsion drive is a poor design and next to useless.
All 4 stroke motors - all use an excessive amount of oil.
Spare parts are limited and not always in stock. I waited months for spare blades and belts. The carby was out of stock for months.
Basically, these are limited use throwaway products. which, while the initial cost is lower than competitor products, are not good value in the medium term.
