I purchased some knobs for my old 70’s amplifier on line, when I received them (via the Shellharbour store) I found that one of the grub screws were missing.

2 emails to head office and 1 from the Shellharbour store and they fixed the problem by posting out a new one.

A nice email from Cameron apologising and informing me of the tracking number and just like that my little issue was fixed.

Huge variety of stock. The friendliness and genuine, caring service is to be highly commended.
Big gold star to staff member, Giuseppe , for solving my charger problem. He even set it all up for me.
I should have gone there first (4 other major retailers made no attempt to help me fix my, too-hard , ten year old lap-top, charger problem.)

Giuseppe was amazing, I have a client with a disability who brought in a space circuit which he purchased at Target it was faulty and Giuseppe spent 30 minutes with him and pulled it apart and fixed the problem. My client was so grateful and in future will purchase space circuits etc. from Jaycar xx

Great layout of the store. Staff are more than willing to help even though they were very busy. Went in to buy 1 thing ended up buying heaps, right down to the batteries. Ended up with a rewards card and $25 voucher.

Was stood at the counter waiting to buy something, was ignored by all FOUR staff standing behind for some minutes, untill a lady walked up behind me, and was served first as the gentleman promptly jumped out to greet her and walk her to his register. Never seen such dismissive treatment.
