So went to Pet Stock Albion Park and asked to price match after reading their advertising

"Smart Price Guarantee. Find a better deal on an identical item, and we'll match it. We don't want a little thing like price to come between us".

Pet Stock declined to match the lower price we found because it was too low.

Read the fine print on their Smart Price Guarantee and it is full of conditions. In short, Pet Stock might price match if it suits them. They will let a 'little thing like price come between us'.

Head to PET BARN, they will honour their price match everytime without question as they did today with the same product saving us $69.

Despite being a brand new well stocked store Workers could not care less about helping us or be less friendly. We were the only customers in store to make it even worse. Very disappointed, we won't go back.

Love Petstocks Groomer Tina, she treats your furbaby like they are her own. They really take on board your requests and complete the service in a timely manner.
Cooper loves going to Tina. Cooper is a Cavoodle and gets groomed every 5 weeks.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, they clearly are passionate about animals and it shows. The shop is always clean and presentable and so are staff. There is a good variety of specialised for your particular breed of animal too!

The rewards programme here is great too, you always get something off your next purchase.

It can be a little tough to get parking sometimes but that isnt their fault. Just try to come when its quieter

Love coming here. Wide range of products, grooming area, DIY dog wash, cat adoption area and scales available to weigh pets. The staff are always fantastic, and able to help out/suggest products/give advice with any issues or concerns we have. Dogs are also allowed in store which has been really helpful with socialising my rescue puppy.

Good and friendly staff. A wide range of products. However lack of up for adoption cats or dogs. Even though they have facilities in place for it.

Would have liked to see the company have everything ready after being open for more than a month now.

However I highly recommend Petstock Albion Park.
