Had issues with my 2005 75hp mercury spoke to the guys at hi tech and was told what the problem was instantly. Booked in my boat they also accommodated for the days I had off which was great. They had it all done and runs better then it did when I purchased the boat from another boat dealer I highly recommend hi tech and a massive thanks to Tammy at the front desk who also helped me get the extra items I needed to compete my trailer for rego thanks again guys and great work I’ll be coming back if I ever need more work

Unfortunately I couldn't put my entire story on here but after a year we still have these problems and are still to date being ignored.
1. Bug light not working: They claim user error as we didn't connect it despite after 11 months of asking where it was and how to connect (bearing in mind NO hand over ever done and no one told us where the cord was even after repeated requests for them to do so.) Hi tech is refusing to engage to resolve this.
2. Pinch weld not marine grade and rusting: Replaced but 48 hours later on inspection not sealed and already away from the fibreglass, allowing water to sit in it after rain. Hi tech is refusing to engage to resolve this
3. Back rest of chair falling out: Still does in choppy water!
4. Canopy tears: We got this repaired and the repairer said it was a manufacturing error as there were no studs to attach. Hi tech maintain this is our problem and refuse to engage on resolving this
5. Studs replaced on new windscreen, which they told us we would have to do but they would pay for: Since claim it was user error so refuse to pay. We have paid that account and have been ignored by Pauline for a month regarding reimbursement of that account.
6. Two holes drilled in dash as they moved the radio on installation, still there.
7. Bait board sent with boat, doesn't fit and rattles around scratching stainless ski pole. We have had to buy a replacement unit and get a welder to install it.
8. Black mould not addressed
I think this sums it up! Unhelpful, not prepared to honour promises made during purchase and ignore you once they have your money. Blame the buyer for their errors, aggressive and dismissive when engaging. Extremely unhappy customers, see photos attached to show some of the issues! We would NEVER use Hitech marine again, nor would we recommend them! As per your request and reply 11 months later yes some of the problems were "fixed" I will be sure to upload the photos of this dodgy "fix" you flew to cairns to "fix" and made us drive 900kms round trip and pay for 5 nights accommodation to get "done". WATCH this space your boat could also look like this with a hefty price tag!

If you're thinking about getting out on the water... give these guys a look. They have the experience and will take the time to work out the right boat for your needs.
We have really enjoyed the experience shared by the team at Hitech assisting us in putting together the right package to suit my fishing needs... and our families enthusiasm for adventure.
The boat and motor combination is perfectly matched, the sounder and electronics help make a really enjoyable day out. Cheers to the team at HiTech 👍

Had an issue with a 2nd hand mercury I had purchased privately, gave hi tech a call and booked an Appointment. next minute the issue was fixed.
Friendly and easy to deal with, definitely recommend

If I could give a no star I would,
The service at Hitech marine has dropped so much since Amir has left, I have been a customer of Hitech for over 4 years and always made Hitech my dealership, I called Grant many times wanting to get my boat booked in for service and extra work done, but they don't call back and every time I call, they are rude on the phone, sorry I was thinking of getting my boat service there but you still have my services book, and yes I did ask last time we speak on the phone if my boat was due for services and I dint got no answer from any one or a call back, as for to be friends with Emir last time you tell me he was in Perth. I spend a lot of money at Hitech Marine a lot more than $20000, and I do expect the right services.

As a senior citizen social media is not my go to but I need to record my pleasure in dealing with the young, enthusiastic and professional team at Hi Tech Marine. In purchasing an Atomix 600 HT I was extremely happy with the package they offered which represented very good value for money. Grant, Nick and their team made sure that every detail was attended to including a very comprehensive introduction to the boat and its' features as well as providing excellent on water training. Even though I live almost 3 hours away they had no hesitation in delivering the boat to me. Further, when the boat developed a small hydraulic issue, Nick without hesitation dispatched a crew to fix the problem. Only a small problem with a simple fix but the crew insisted on carrying out a very comprehensive review of the whole system. I regard this as old-fashioned service which is often so lacking in today's business world. These guys deserve to succeed and I comprehensively recommend their services.

Do not shop here! Sold me a boat with fully serviced and restored motor only to have 7k worth of repairs required only 2 years later. And now trying to off load the problem and not one attempt at trying to reconcile. Read my other reviews! I always leave a fair honest review!

You sold a second hand boat that was a complete and utter bomb. and openly lied and said all sorts of work was done. you knew i knew little about boats and still sold it when you all knew it would require more work. there is no extortion here and that is a ridiculous claim and laughable. you are a bunch of criminals and will be found out soon enough.

I bought a second hand boat advertised as all sorts of work done to it, new this! and new that! a great boat for 20 grand and it didn't even last 2 years, and personal gain is trying to get you to fix the lemon you sold me? yeah ok. it saw water around 5 times and was flushed and cleaned every single time. Please explain how the motor literally had 7 grand damage after No you need to be exposed because i am stuck with a 20 thousand dollar parked boat because of you ripping me off it's that simple.

Grant promised us 3 month’s warranty when we purchased our boat from hitech.
He has let us down and not honoured the warranty by not replacing a faulty alternator.
Very disappointed, would not recommend.
