Very poor customer service. Products are not supplied as promised, they refuse to answer emails, and requests for refunds due to not supplying are ignored. I would recommend never dealing with this unprofessional company.

Update 1 - As I cannot seem to reply to your answer, I will clarify for everyone else.

My Wife and I have had no argument about the sign. You just won't return calls, or reply professionally to our original request for the sign.

We are happy for you to complete what was requested however when your original was rejected as unacceptable, you stopped contacting us.

If you would like to actually pick up the phone and call my wife, you just might find that out!

Update 2 - still no contact from this company. Terrible service. How many chances do they need?
