My experience was really great here. We reached here late arround 12 at night and people there were awesome, they were very actively doing all the formalities and took us to the place where we booked and helped us to move luggages. We were the last group who were waiting for snowmobile in toboggan area next evening and the guy who was driving the snowmobile dropped us directly to the resort, we were very thankful to the guy because our kids were very tired and we also ...that was chilling night. I would definitely recommend falls creek to enjoy snow.

Imagine arriving here as a tourist and havijng English as a second language. Just queues everywhere, no central information and staff that look exasperated and don't want to make eye contact in case you ask them something. It's embarassing given most places are $500+ per night. Most information is on stuck up old sheets of A3, woeful signage and packed with tourists who don't know what to do. Mystery shop the experience, arrive like you're not familiar with whatever systems are in place and see how you go. The hotels need to get together and demand a better customer experience.

The ticket staff and drivers were very friendly and considerate taking time to orientate us at each stage. The system works but could be more efficient and the building is crying for an upgrade.

I ordered ticket online and printed it as instructed. However I still needed to line up at the ticket both and exchange this printed ticket for their pink docket before I could proceed to the queue for the over-snow vehicle. There was only one ticketting agent when we arrived by bus and about five people in front of me. She unfortunately was also answering the phones so taking about three calls as well as serving the people in front of me took at least 12 minutes. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon so there was little wait once the re-ticketting job was complete.

There are some small free to use small lockers here and a coffee machine and snack vending machines.

The upper waiting area has chairs that look like they're from the 80's. There are roller doors to the rear of this area where it seems melted snow seeps underneath a few metres making the carpet continually wet and the air damp.

If feeling strong next time, I might consider avoiding this service and using snow shoes, a large travel pack and even improvising a sled out of a toboggan to get me and my gear to my accommodation.

Lacking information for new visitors, poor customer service and ridiculous wait times. Overnight car parking on side of road for the price is outrageous, for that price other ski resorts offer actual car paking areas. They should sort thus out given you have no choice.

Busy place but competent staff. Shovels can be borrowed for free if your car is snowed in. Trolleys available for large items, courteous drivers that are helpful. Can't fault this place.

They are helpful and a massive help to getting your gear up the mountain. It's on the expensive side.. but so is everything at falls creek.

We had some lost items, and they helped us back up the mountain to help us recover them.

It is what it is you have no choice. On arrival the girl behind the counter was rude and not helpful. On departure there was a different girl who was amazing.

The only way to travel at Falls Creek. Should run a few more transporters save waiting so long when it gets busy. Reasonable cost just need more service.
