I placed an order for a single sign on 12/06/2025. I was told it would take 2-3 days. I went to pick it up on the 18th was told to return on Friday. It was not ready. I returned on the 20th to pick it up and the sign had not yet been made. They made me wait over an hour for them to make the sign. They explained to me that they want to get out the big jobs before the financial year ends. I was in need of this item and running a number of days late. I had to explain to my client, resulting in him finding another supplier, however the signage was paid for by myself on the 13th of the 6th.
Therefore I’ve got no confidence whatsoever in using this company, that happens to be in close proximity to my office. I will return to my previous supplier in the future.
