Last week I bought a coffee mug from this store. A chip appeared and over the next week a crack either side of the chip slowly began getting longer n longer. Upon returning it to the store, the manager was summoned by staff. He was friendly and polite. They’d sold all the others so he tried the Parkhurst store. Meanwhile I found an amazing black n white enamel cup that was $3 dearer n decided to swap instead. The manager said call it quits and wasn’t going to charge me the extra. I paid it, purely because he’s so honourable and honest. I’ll definitely happily shop here again
