Scott arrived on time, was friendly, communicative, clearly explained what was happening, spared no trouble in looking for the fault and answered every question I could think of. Highly recommended. UPDATE. Old system removed and new Daikin system now installed, working brilliantly.

Outstanding service from a professional and caring team.
The team was friendly, efficient, and left everything tidy. When one member was injured on the job, the others immediately rallied to ensure he received proper care, showing genuine compassion and teamwork. Even after hours, they stayed back to complete the work to a high standard, taking the time to thoroughly demonstrate how everything worked. Their dedication and attention to detail went well beyond expectations.

Altitude Air were excellent. Our builder's recommendation for our residential renovation, we were very glad to have them do the work. They were professional in all dealings. On time for all appointments. Staff were more than polite - they were friendly, eager to answer any and all questions, and gave good advice. System is effective. We recommend them wholeheartedly.
