Had an online chat for a job I applied, charlie customer support askd so many questions one of many if am citizen/resident. Chat resumed asking again if am on student visa watever, answered no & chat ended with no clear reasons. If u were looking for pple on visa, hav that as your 1st question. Ridiculous 👎 Save us time yeh 😴

Reach out about it the I would come to their office in regards to my appointment to hopefully fix the issue. Lack of organisation and information amongst staff inregards to general
Customer/client care.
A honest waste of a Monday morning for me a job seeker and them as a recruiter/provider.
Hoping for friendly and more cooperation in future engagement.
Like not having everything online and actually have some engagement might better things. Not getting your head chew off. -just saying-
