I am very new to WDEA and Luke has been amazing, helping me and my daughter every step of the way with getting set up to find a job and all the hoops we have to jump through with Centrelink, getting things done in a few days rather than weeks. He is very kind proactive and reassuring and listens. I feel like we haven't even started yet but he's already made me feel like I can get a job I will enjoy after not being in the workforce for 22 years. I've never had a job I've enjoyed before so I'm looking forward to this new experience.

I have been with WDEA for a long time. I have found their professionalism outstanding. Willing to help out whenever I ask. For example, I needed new shoes for work. I’ve been a client of wdea for a yeah and a half.
Caitlyn, Lauren and tori have been working with me and they’ve been incredibly accommodating, understanding, extremely helpful and have gone above and beyond helping me find work when compared to other job network agencies have ever been.

I have had great experiences with other WDEA branches but the people in the Bendigo branch just can't get their stuff together.
The amount of messages I have left with crystal or whatever her name is and it has never been passed on.
Obviously zero care factor and zero respect to their clients.
As long as the ladies here are getting paid for doing nothing they have no reason to do their actual jobs.
