Wouldn’t recommend. Engaged Aria to sell our property in yagoona. Expectations weren’t managed properly, and I felt misled throughout the campaign. On auction day, the result was well below what was promised — I expected a stronger strategy and better guidance, but instead was left disappointed with a low offer and no real support. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience. After the 3 months we had to wait to re-list our property we engaged another agency and had a much better result. Also do not engage with there third party marketing firm “ Relo Pay”
