Never accept returns since the printer has been broken for 6 months but still advertise as a return location on TNT website.

Great shop with all the basic amenities you need. Friendly auntie shop owner at the front. Needed a card and pen for a last minute gift, found what I needed quickly. Also collected my parcel here - be prepared with your order details as this place handles many parcels a day seeing from the many feedbacks, and I completely understand the shop owners cannot keep track with the daily parcels that comes through. I was nicely directed to a corner where the parcels were neatly placed and found my parcel easily and checked out at the front. Thank you again Auntie!

A lot of people I have spoken to experience different issues regarding the parcel service they provided and most of them agree that they have been treated unfairly or unkind and situations could be avoid if the shop’s attitude are changed or are more due diligence. However it will not change by read or writing shop reivews, please file a complaint to your courier delivery provider. List the shop and your tracking ID no.

Owner is rude and refused to accept my parcel return even though they are contracted to accept returns via HUBBED. Don't provide the service if you wish to pick and choose what you want to accept. I can see why you already have bad reviews.

Avoid here for parcel point.

They don't put the return parcel info until drivers pick up to avoid any of their responsibilities.

They even lied to me that no need to put anything on their system when I asked if they need to do anything after receiving mine.

Moreover, they didn't purchase the barcode reader to avoid the costs. So, they have more chance to have problems and are extremely slow.

If they are dodgy this much, you can imagine how much dishonesty is behind.

I also experienced long queue because the staff was working holding her phone chatting in chinese.

Adding on top of these, they don't care about openning hours. Many times, they closed much earlier without any notifications and they don't have a phone number so, you can not check it before you go.

They are not reliable.

So bloody lazy…

Let me explain;

I had to pick up a missed delivery and was told I had to pick it up from this newsagency. So I enter the newsagency and told the guy I need to pick up my parcel.

He then proceeds to tell me the packages are over there (behind me) and I need to find it myself. WTH?

There’s a mass of 50+ parcels for me to sort through!!

Luckily for me I found my parcel on my third attempt. I wasn’t impressed at all.

Came here to collect my parcel. And lined up as you would. Owner/Staff told me to go to the side and started serving the next two customers before attending to me. Unacceptable.
