Took weeks to get back to me with a quote, tacked on additional undisclosed costs, and then would not honour previous quote as was too old. Very unprofessional experience, would not recommend.

Used artcom for production for a signage job. They agreed to a timeline for the job, then after taking the job told me they could not get the materials in time. The job had to then be split in 2, with me having to organise a courier as well as pay them for a delivery fee (which they refused to waive) when the rest of the job was eventually completed. They also did not deliver all the items that I had ordered, meaning I lost money with the installer standing around waiting while i organised to have the non delivered items produced. I will not use them again.

Artcom has done many signs and Vehicle wraps for me over the years to a very high standard and I've never been disappointed.
