Paradox security system installed by ATR at house several years ago. I bought the house, moved in and called them to come out and set it up for me (remove old owner/add me to account).

Technician came out and spent several hours, mainly on phone to third party/tech support. Did not seem familiar with system as it was "old". Managed to get it working for a day then it stopped again. Was charged $420. I rang back to try get some support on getting it going again, but was fobbed off several times, and handballed to Paradox which don't actually have a customer support line.

Several more calls to ATR and they reduced the charge to $260. I tried contacting ATR technician directly for support but received no response.

Paid my $260 invoice, left with a security system that doesn't work.

Would not recommend this business.

I wish I could rate ATR as 10 out of 5 as they were fantastic. They came to our property prepared, having looked at the plans we sent them and prepared a draft security pan. They were so professional and the 5 members of their team that we met were all amazing. They provided great ideas to cover the whole property with security cameras and alarms, arranged WIFI access in all our out buildings and provided great training on how to use the system. They even showed us how to download footage for the police. At the same time they were friendly, obsessively clean and punctual. I can't rate them highly enough. If you want a great team to do your security system, you shouldn't go past ATR in Traralgon, your sincerely Brenda Petersen.
