Whenever I see a delivery driver on my cameras beep then take off without giving anyone a chance to get to the door, or (god forbid) even attempting KNOCKING, the parcel is always sent here - so, I've concluded that this branch specifically employs drivers that don't give a damn about fulfilling the job they are paid to do.
Interestingly on the latest incident it took me awhile to get my parcel (that happens when no attempt to deliver it is actually made) - the email gave me until August 1st and I picked it up a few days back. Today I get the reminder slip that tried to claim my parcel had to be picked up SIX days earlier than the email stated - today was also when I was supposed to get it by, according to this branch, but not the email. So I guess even standardized practices aren't followed here? Definitely would have been ropable if my package had been RTS six days too early, because your drivers are dodgy.
Anyway, long story short, do your job the way you're paid to do it. Follow standardized practices.

Terrible customer service. The guy who was working there was just super rude. I came into the shop 10 min before it closed. I just had to get the address labels ready and pack 2 parcels properly. Tried my best to get it done before they closed at 5pm. At exactly 5pm the guy at the counter started to shut the security roller doors. I told him that I would be finished in 2 minutes. He said it was too late and they are closing right now. Anyway, he let me post one of the parcels but not the other because I had not written the address down just yet. He stared at me impatiently which made me feel pretty uncomfortable and obviously he hated his job and wanted to get it done with for the day. He could have waited literally 2 minutes and I would have been finished. That would have been good customer service but he was obviously only thinking about himself.

Don't try and cash a money order as they won't, have been cashing money orders for the past 14 years and now today because it is more than $1000 they refuse to do it, the last owners use to do this , but now with the new owners it was a flat out no with attitude and not helpful at all. WILL NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE EVER AGAIN!!! Went to another post office 10 mins up the road and had no problems in cashing the money order with the right ID 😠😠😠

Check reveiws before stepping inside this PO.
Guy who is son of owner super rude but not as rude as mother. Needed a passport photo taken and they clearly have the screen pulled down right there. But he said we don't do them. When i said the AP website said they did he said " it also says we're open Saturday!" The worst attitudes and sevice ever, how these people run a business with no customer service or niceties is beyond comprehension!

I specify my item to be left at my premis but I still get a "we missed you" card requiring me to waste my whole break visiting this dingy little post office with 1 staff member. Shop is horribly understaffed. Very few products for sale.

The worst experience ever. A parcel arrived at the post office, because it was a tracked item. I have an email that shows its awaiting collection. I was told the post mistress put the item into a friends post box. Now I'm being told the guy there should never had said that. They are now saying the item never arrived. However they are the ones who registered it was in their office. I believe they have put the item into the wrong post box and now won't discuss it with me. Mind you it's a parcel that has to be signed for. Not put into a post box. The guy was rude and hung up the phone on me.
- 10 for service
