Extremely disappointed with this company. The printing quality was well below standard— misaligned designs, dry ink pulls. But what was worse was the work of the team - they would forget to print the front logo on jumpers, printed the wrong colour, the wrong print size, and I would find ink stains on the clothing from their fingers.

What made it worse was the customer service. Communication was slow, dismissive, and unreliable. Instead of taking responsibility, they brushed it off as “human error” and offered no meaningful solution to the current order. Very slow turnaround also, even in reprints of the messed up prints.

I expected professional results and reliable service—what I got was a waste of time and money. Would not recommend to anyone looking for consistent quality or a company that stands behind its work.
