Very unprofessional.
Very rude especially karolina.
Had been through the process of my visa
We deal with around 5000 as visa fees but when immigration officer asked about more documents then they asked me to pay another 1500$ for reply to immigration.
Then I decided to change immigration agent.
Then Karolina not ready to give my all documents that she had it through the process.
Asking another 370$ I don’t know how they calculated for documents I need it.
Be care full guys
They are money stealing people.
If your case easy then you feel good about then but when you case bit tricky then they will definitely try to steal your money.
