Loved our stay at Azure. Was a shame to leave. I was with a party of 9 family members with two rooms.booked. On arrival one of our rooms had been upgraded to a penthouse. Nice start!. We spent 5 nights there from 3rd Jan. Both rooms were fantastic, not just the penthouse. Very relaxing rooms with great amenities. The views from the balcony were stunning. Both swimming pools were beautiful with bbqs, deck chairs and umbrella shades. Spent quite a few hours in them and loved it. The visting Kookaburras were also a nice novelty. Also used the gym. Nice equipment area, stereo, air conditioning etc. Car parking area was big, under cover and easy to access. The staff were all friendly and great to speak to. Will definitely take home a lot of memories and wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Our family had an relaxing and comfortable stay at Azure. One of the highlights was how Nicole helped organise our tours, allowing us to spend more time enjoying the islands and making the most of our trip. They genuinely care and wanted the best for their guests.

The town house itself was just like the photos, nice, with clean and comfortable rooms, fully equipped kitchen, everything was working including WiFi, great amenities and breathtaking views.

You need to climb a short steep slope to get there and climb some stairs to reach the pool which was not an issue for us. If you stay at their apartment you can use the lift to got to the pool.

We recommend Azure to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

The view from the balcony of room 20 is breathtaking. It was nice to have access to a full kitchen, washer/dryer and a comfortable bed. We don’t require much when we travel, but the size of the apartment was more than adequate. The dishwasher did not melt the cleaning tablet thoroughly, so that is something to watch for making sure that the dishes are cleaned properly so you don’t fall ill. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. The resort sits on a steep hill contributing to an amazing view, but coming back from town, be prepared for a workout or utilize the taxi services in town for a $9 ride back. It’s worth it if it isn’t leg day. The staff are nice, but hard to find upon check in if you don’t have an Australian phone number to call easily. Newer staff need a little more instruction on handing out the correct keys for the pool area. We got locked in briefly at the pool outside the building and had to find an alternate route back to the front entrance. Hiking uphill with luggage and a cane was not ideal on a warm day. On the upside, we were allowed to enjoy the pool area post check out awaiting our ride back to the airport. We would stay here again and had a very pleasant experience overall.

My friends and I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, especially the beds. The blankets had visible stains, and there was a musty/sweat smell as if multiple customers had used them for weeks. I called the reception to complain about the blanket and did not seem to believe us. There’s literally multiple blankets tucked away in the cabinet and all of them were disgusting.

The spare pillows either had stains or mold growing ( Not exaggerating at all - please properly go through all the cupboards/cabinets and PLS WIPE EVERY CORNER of the house. There’s still some stuff left by other customers laying around the house that needs to be disposed)

I hope management takes cleanliness more seriously because no guest should have to deal with unwashed sheets.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and planned to stay only 2 nights but once we arrived we extended another night. The apartment has amazing views of Airlie Beach. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. We were able to wash and dry all of our clothes after 2 weeks camping on the road. Beds were very comfortable. 2 great pools to swim in. You can walk into town if you didn’t wont to drive. The hill is a leg burner though on the way back. Please be aware of garage height as a 4WD with lift kit will not fit underneath and you’ll need to park on the street.

Amazing stay at Azure Sea apartments! apartment was fully self contained, spacious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool was super nice, and the gym was great too. Hopefully be back here someday!

Well, NEVER AGAIN! Book through a company do not phone directly, as ur promised stuff & just dispointed as nothing gets refunded, Scamming to the best! Thanks, Nicole, poor service, smell of garbage in foyer, penthouse dirty...3star hotels are much better kept in Arlie.... Penthouse disgustingly dirty, bad garbage smells, sofa cushions dirty & dishes dirty. spa pool full of dead skin Yeeekkk & dirty. Plus, the smell of the garbage shot in the hallway was disgusting every time in /out of the rm. Steep hill to walk up and on a slope, not great location for people with hip issues. Would not stay, not recommended and very poor for the price. Spend ur money on much better stays in Arlie. The explanations for late check-in and room change was a very lousy experience, but they are happy to take ur money. Cough, cough... I've never had in all my bookings such a pathetic experience, not priced well for the money paid for this type of booking and is not worth paying. NO, I DIDN'T BOOK 3BEDRM GET UR FACTS CORRECT... 2BEDRM PENTHOUSEx4pax was my booking. OVER A PHONE CALL U OFFERED THE $400 back due to the period I booked was more than when I actually came to the hotel to stay, quoting ur phone call. Would never stay nor recommend ur hotel. Plus, ur words u change to make yourself look good, nice one!.... U can't keep scamming customers with false words and expect a good review... Goodbye & get over the poor review.

Best place to stay at schoolies for, really close, and a great location. Only bad thing is the hill. But other then that perfect. Hotel was great and everything was within a 10 minute walk. It was an amazing stay.
