Great location although it was a longer walk to the beach than expected, a good 1km to get to starting point.
The cabin was great and the resort was really nice.
The Coffee was great and it was a nice touch to have a complimentary donut which was delicious.
Mini golf was fun but I thought $7 was a bit much especially if you have a large family.
We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again when visiting the area.

I love this resort.
The Vanhome units are great, not huge but plenty of room for one or two people. Reasonably sound proof. A couple of gaps between the blinds and the walls allow a bit of light in in the mornings and a bit of a view in of a night.
The staff were fantastic, helpful when asked anything but also weren't 'in your face' when just wandering around.
Overall one of the best parks I've been to.

Booked two nights in a villa for the weekend. It had a comfortable double bed and bunk beds for two. The living area was spacious, with a TV and kitchenette with fridge and oven. The grounds of the resort have activities such as putt putt golf, tennis courts, basketball court, swimming pool, pool table and air hockey. Location is central to great beaches, shops near by and the Catalina sports club across the road.

We had clean sheets, there was plenty of room, the park looked clean and well presented, great laundry, the mattress was good, good water pressure in the shower and the price was good especially with the 4 day discount speciall.
Very dated interior which was expected for the price.
The worst thing about the property was the filthy carpets and sticky vinyl floor in the kitchen area and Dusty ceiling beams.
Definately don't walk around barefoot.
Get the floors cleaned and this could easily be 3 stars.

Beautiful refurbished units with views of the ocean, tranquil and peaceful surroundings with excellent amenities. Very nice and helpful staff. Pet friendly accommodation. If you love too fish this is the best spot. We will be staying there again we loved it. Well rested, relaxed and happy after our stay, we didn't want to leave it was that good.

I stayed in one of the oldest villas. The view was amazing, right next to the ocean. I stayed a couple of nights, it was the perfect break. It wasn't the flashest accommodation, but it was clean, comfortable and a lovely big space. Didn't cost me an arm and a leg amazing value.

It was great, i stayed in cabin 135 which is right in front of the lagoon. One of the main things that was not good is how there is an extra bunk that cannot be used on the top, as on the website it clearly shows there is a function bed up there. There is only a small sticker that says the bed is incompatible with the law. Even worse the bottom bunk is basically a mattress on the floor with very little head room. and the main bathroom door does not lock. other than that it was really nice and great for kids and has every thing you would need for a couple of nights.

Great location, was given a huge 3 bedroom cabin to stay in which was clean , quiet, comfortable and $132 for the night on the water. Directly opposite is the Batemans bay golf club meals were amazing, staff were incredible and was very well priced highly recommended. On our walk back I was pleasantly surprised to see a hot dounut vendor located at the entrance to the park and yes they were delicious. Great spot.
