I reached out to Belle Property for a market appraisal. Sarah came out to do the appraisal and advise that you would have the appraisal to me the following week. After not receiving it I reached out via text message she never responded until a week later. Her message was that she was too busy to do it. Very disappointing customer service from what seemed like great reviews on Google.

Initially we were excited to work with Sarah and she promised us the world when we made the decision to sell our family home through her. However, throughout our journey with Belle Property and Sarah we found her to be extremely rude, ignorant, and abrupt. We often felt Sarah was working against us and she lost site of who had employed her. Sarah’s lack of professionalism left us all feeling upset and disappointed with our decision to sell our home through Belle Property. We were later contacted by the buyer directly who had called us to apologise for how the house was sold. The buyer explained that they had instructed Sarah about XYZ but Sarah had failed to share those instructions back to us. Sarah was grossly inappropriate, she represented us aporlingly. We felt both parties (us and the buyer) were done wrong by and Sarah manipulated situations and bullied people to keep her best interests above all else. If you are seeking a supportive and personal experience in selling or buying a property I would not recommend Belle Property or Sarah. I would go as far to say that you would be better off selling a property by yourself than working with Sarah
