Tim secured a phenomenal result, well above market expectations and 2 weeks prior to auction. . My initial contact with Tim in 2020 came about after receiving a Belle Property flyer in the letterbox. Tim came to view the property and he gave me a frank assessment of where it sat in the market. I advised him that I was not planning to sell it at that stage, I was however, impressed with his knowledge and knew I didn’t need to canvass other agents.
