I have been renting a house with Bently Real Estate for over a year now. Robyn came to my rescue in the last minute after one of the well know estate agents in town welcomed me to a damaged, filthy and unhygienic apartment to rent (video viewing had showed the opposite of this) and I refused to occupy it, in spite of the bond and rent already paid. My furniture was due to arrive the next morning. Although I called Robyn very late at night to assist me, she did not think twice to answer my call, took me to view one of her houses to be rented the next morning and further ensured that I had a home for my family as well as my furniture which was due to arrive that same day.
