My 95yo father in law had his washing machine fail and we ordered one from the Taree Bing Lee - (we are interstate 8 hours away) - they changed their region delivery days to accomodate us arriving from interstate to be there for the deliverey. Top customer service and excellent caring by all staff including delivery people. Wonderful to see and we will be back.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Keiran served me, he was a breath of fresh air. Polite, cheerful, accommodating, seriously the best customer service I have had in years. I cannot praise Keiran enough. Brilliant Brilliant Brilliant!! If only other people were half as good as Keiran. Any employer would be extremely lucky to have him working for them.
I'll shop at Bing Lee again and again if this is the level of customer service.

Bing Lee have taken a turn for the worst and their customer satisfaction seems to be in the gutter.

I purchased a RoboRock Q Revo S Vacuum to make life easy before surgery. Bing Lee had it advertised as performing numerous features i was after so i bought it along with extended warranty. Turns out this was all fake, their website listing was falsely advertising the product and it didn't have major features they promised such as hot water mopping i need for my floors.

Unfortunately i made a dedicated trip to town to buy it, then spent hours setting it up, mapping the house, downloading/configuring the app, routines etc only to find it wasn't what was advertised.

The local store said "Oh the website team are useless" and admitted the site was wrong. Customer support on the phone was rude.

Bing Lee's solution was to "just pack it all up and bring it back", refused to even give a discount on the higher priced model which does have the features i was sold.

It's $1,200 more to get what was advertised, despite being a bait & switch i was going to pay it but Bing Lee wouldn't even offer a lousy $100 discount for all the messing around due to THEIR mistake.

I've spent a TON of money at that store over the years, and i'm done and will NEVER buy anything from Bing Lee again when HN and others will match or beat their price anyway. They have lost a customer and lost someone who was about to pay another $1,200. Even Bing Lee's Facebook is dead and complaints are racking up.

Mother was going to Bing Lee for a TV last weekend, i diverted her to HN and she got a better deal and Bing Lee lost a $5k sale on a LG G4 65".

Attached a pic of what i was sold, and everything circled in red doesn't exist on the machine i was sold. No AI voice control, no hot water mopping, no pop out side brush, no pop out mop, no dual rollers, no cutters on the brush to remove hair.

Disgusting Bing Lee, when you make mistakes and stuff a customer around costing hours of their time own it, redeem yourself and help them get the product they were sold.
