Huge waste of money. The advertising looks nice, but at least for our business, it does not bring in enough customers to pay a fraction of the cost.
Our local small business went into a 14-month agreement with Bishopp for an advert on the video screen at the Port Macquarie Airport.
The sign-in form that all our customers fill in asks "How did you hear about us?" and one of the choices is "Airport LCD screen". After 9 months, we'd spent several thousand dollars with Bishopp and out of over 3000 customers we'd had in that time, only 6 chose "Airport LCD screen" (#1 by far is word of mouth and #2 is google!) - so that's a return of about $300 on an investment of thousands.
So I politely wrote to Bishopp explaining what was happening, that it wasn't working out and we weren't seeing customers coming in from the advert, and could they please consider releasing us from the agreement. Answer: No - too bad, you signed.
Indeed we signed an agreement and they are absolutely within their *legal* right, of course - but we went into it with good will and I was just hoping they would be decent about it. But no.
So, we made a mistake doing business with Bishopp, partly because the advertising simply didn't bring in customers and partly because they weren't as considerate to us as they could have been about it. So, I'm sharing our experience to help others avoid the same mistake.

Worst customer service ever!!!! have to leave a message with reception just to have the ability to get a sales rep to talk to you! What a JOKE! I'm a customer who was wanting to spend money with you making me wait for a phone call is diverting me to your competition!!!!!
