Will not use them again. I paid for SAME DAY DELIVERY only to find out the next day after talking to the Courier Company that residential customers dont get SAME DAY DELIVERY. They charge for SAME DAY DELIVERY. When I called BIZ they seem to have alreay known about this. This is the second time I used them and had a urgent job to finish. Wont be using them again. I dont deal with companies that are false and misleading. Waiting for the owner to post that is a complete lie. I have all the proof and might actually send this to ACCC

5 star service! Omar and Senad were super friendly and helpful. I wanted to do an exchange for a more suitable product. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommended

been dealing with this company for years no longer not only messed my order up then tried to blame me for the mix up said he phoned me (Omar) 3 times i was in hospital for 2 weeks he didn't leave any messages just missed calls when i told him i was in hospital for 2 weeks he said i should go back and get checked out again, this person thinks that cancer is something to be joked about and has the nerve to tell me i shouldn't swear at him. Do you really want to deal with such a company absolutely disgusted in my treatment avoid these people. Worst service ever !!!

Great business, been dealing with them for 10 years. Good prices and customer support. Colby has always been very helpful with any issues I've had with my vinyl plotter over the years. Good quality sticker and heat press vinyl. Definitely recommend.

Unfortunately I can't give a good rating. I ordered glass sublimation plaques. I ordered 160 X 110 X 40mm. When in fact these measurements are for the stand.NOT the plaque, it measures 128 X 88 X 80 mm. So total sublimation area . Given that they are for sublimation one would think that the measurements given are for the area to be sublimated. So be aware before purchasing. I called, took photos and emailed and because I put this review up I've had a couple of not so nice emails trying to justify. So be even more aware of you post a review that's not in this busineses favour, you'll be contacted 🤣
Update..the response has came only after a phone call and emails. Never offered a return of goods until I put this up. While I appreciate the offer the cost of returning items isn't worth it.

Worse ever service .
Peakhurst only 5km away from my home but delivery hasn't arrived yet. I am waiting from last 2 weeks. I understand it could be delayed due to coivd . But for local order it should not be this late .
I received order from amazone in a week or less .
If you cannot allow pick ups all days in a week at least have specific time frame or day in a week for pick ups!
People make order when they need .
I wait if you offer free delivery but I paid $8 delivery cost as well for just 1 item !

Unfortunately I found the after sales service to be poor, placed a order but wanted to add to it, so as not have to pay a additional $15 shipping for a $9 add on, called at 9.00am just after placing the order, phone system said they only open at 9.30. Called at 9.30 but was told I was to late the order was in dispatch. I have decided to look for an alternative supplier as after sales service counts just as much as getting the orders out.

Only place I purchase my vinyl from now! Service is very quick and ready for pickup within 2 working days or less.
The products are excellent and vinyl very easy to weed, never had a issue.
Thanks for the brilliant service....
