Rental experience. My lease was taken over by bowyer and Livermore after the place I was in was sold. I would describe my experience of dealing with Renee as deliberately unpleasant, negligent, and at times outright nasty. Stay away from these guys, it's not worth it.

Greg Ryan is a real estate agent that showed us a property around Bathurst. I was appalled by his ill mannered, inpatient and grumpy attitude. Seems to want to chase potential buyers away and has little knowledge of the property when questioned. Would not want him to sell my house.
