Would not use this shop again.
Communication next to non existent, and items remain as "awaiting fulfillment" for a long time, without any form of communication as to why.

Communication from this company is excellent. Ordered 2 Ceremonial Swords from them. Straight away told me that they didn't have one in stock and will be kept in the loop about its eta. Posted everything they had in stock first. Packaging was carefully done. I dealt with Elise and she kept me in the loop for months (manufacturers delays due to covid) and as soon as they received it she emailed me to let me know they are packing it and sending it asap. Will definitely recommend their products and services.

I ordered some replica medals from BrandNet and there was an issue with my order (advertised as available for immediate shipping when they weren't). BrandNet reached out after I provided feedback, apologised for the mistake and explained what went wrong with my order. While it wasn't the perfect experience, they were very genuine and I would shop with them in the future.

Ordered a cap from this company. It took them nearly 2 weeks to pick the order which only happened after I called them. (What a coincidence ) coming up to 3 weeks now and still nothing. My wife ordered something from eBay and it only took 10days (including 2 weekends to get here) very unsatisfactory from brandnet. I won’t be ordering from them again or recommending them to anyone. It’s a pity there’s nothing less than 1 star to give them because that’s what they would get
