Deaf Connect (formerly Deaf Services and the Deaf Society) engaged Brother & Co to support us with a rebrand of two heritage brands that had recently merged.

Engaging stakeholders at all levels and most importantly our customers was imperative, and Brother really worked with us to plan, research and provide ample engagement opportunities to ensure we were engaging the right stakeholders at the right time.

Adding to the complexity of the project, many of our stakeholders use English as a second language. Brother & Co saw this as an opportunity to engage a freelance Deaf graphic designer who used Auslan to ensure that what they were presenting back to us was culturally appropriate and would be received favourably.

When it came to presenting the new visual identity and messaging concepts, Brother & Co smashed it out of the park, with our client panel, internal stakeholders and finally our customers blown away. The new visual identity, brand positioning and messaging was truly amazing and enabled the brand to effectively represent who we were becoming.
