From our first interaction, Nomiki impressed me with her insightful questions and dedication to truly understanding our business structure through her Discovery Process, along with our objectives for bringing all staff onboard with process documentation.

Nomiki's guidance delivered fantastic results. She clarified our existing documentation with a strong Gap Analysis, identifying what we had and, crucially, highlighting where processes were missing. I knew early on in my business, that in order to succeed in business, you need to be building robust systems and processes and you've got to have a good team to follow that process. That was something I needed to do.

After talking to Nomiki, I realized I have to do it sooner rather than later, before I get so busy fulfilling customers and not having a system in place for staff to follow.

So six months on and 95% of the work in terms of fulfilling customer work, or doing the loan application process, getting it approved and settled, is now fully handed over to my team and I'm involved in 5%.

Prior to working with Nomiki, I was probably still at least 50% involved in the hands-on work, maybe more sometimes.

That's the biggest benefit. Now I've got a library of systems and processes, that if my staff member does leave, I can easily onboard someone else to come on and follow that from start to finish.

But I'm not a systems person in terms of creating them. I'm good at following them, but creating them, not so much. That's what I needed help with, someone that can project manage that. When I realised that there's a business that actually does that, for me, it was a no-brainer.

Of course, there was an investment of funds and an investment of time. We got started and so now, instead of just giving my team a whole library of videos to watch, they have a system, a library of processes to follow.

What else has changed? I've now hired, since working with her, I've now hired two more. I've got four working for me in total.

I'm no longer involved in the training because I'm not actually doing it in the first place, but my time isn't used to train them on how to build processes.

If everything is dependent on you as the business owner to do everything, as soon as you're sick or if you want to take time off, nothing operates anymore. It's relying on you. That's where if you're a business owner and you want it to not be key dependent on you, this would be the right time for you to execute.

It's a good investment. Even if you're not a systems person, if you want to own the business and the business doesn't own you, you need to build the systems processes and needs to be easily followable.

I think it's a great framework to follow. Have a chat with because she can either do done for you, service or done with you. She's absolutely great. She'll keep the team accountable. She'll keep you accountable. She'll execute on time frames and is very well organised. She knows her stuff. Highly recommend Nomiki.
