The visitor Centre Museum is facinating! I love history and knew very little about the history of Busselton. Next time I visit Busselton I am going to spend more time here discover more of the history of Busso presented so well in the displays.

Staff were friendly abs helpful with what tours were available abs sites to see in Busselton... very knowledge. Sad that there is limited jump on pick up tours for the area - everything is a drive to and then guided tour from there, which can be exhausting if your trying to relax... unless you are chasing a winery tour, there are plenty of those.. which we were not wanting with a young family.

I had the good fortune to speak to Liz at the front counter. Big smile, very warm welcome, lots of enthusiasm and tons of good information. I asked about bird watching and she knew exactly where the pamphlets were in the drawer behind her. I purchased a gorgeous indigenous bag from the shop. Then I bumped into Liz again at the cape Naturaliste lighthouse ! Still smiling cheerful friendly and helpful. Front reception is a difficult job, especially with the public rocking up expecting miracles. Meeting Liz made my day, not once but twice!! ? thank you Liz ? YOU MATTER….

I came in yesterday on crutches and whilst the lady was explaining where we could go my leg was giving away and I asked if they had a seat which she replied, we do not provide seating, so I had to leave. She did tell us to visit Cape Naturaliste as it was wheelchair friendly. Why didn’t she mention it is closed for two weeks.
