We were extremely stressed about being hacked and locked out of all our Facebook and Instagram accounts when we came to Katrina, this was unknown territory for us and we had no way to fix this.
Katrina was amazing!! she dropped everything (on a Monday morning) and spent a couple of hours trying everything she knew to get our accounts back for us. Through her patience we were able to gain access to all of our Facebook accounts after a few days, Katrina is still supporting us in the hope that we can recover our Instagram accounts (we won't give up).
