I placed an order months back, I was given 1 update, stating that the items were on backorder and delivery was a week away. That week came and went, so I reached out to have it followed up. I was told they were still waiting for 1 product, I was offered to switch it for similar ones, however I took a refund. I received my order today and it was missing an item. When I reached out to ask for it to be posted, I got a reply stating I'd already been given free shipping so they wouldn't be providing that service again, the item has been refunded... umm not good enough, I didn't stuff up the packing.
Also, I paid gst on all products, however none of the gst was refunded.
Long story short, if you can't walk into the store and purchase something I wouldnt waste your time buying through them.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I placed an order almost 2 months ago and I still haven't received anything. I rang the store twice and they keep promising the shipment but zero updates since. I was told shipment would arrive early September which was another lie. I have sent another email requesting another update and asked for a refund because it's beyond a joke now. 🙄
