Friendly service but definitely oversold their "restoration" skills.

I brought in a badly damaged photo that I expected would take a few hundred $ if not more to restore. Was told by the lovely staff member that "sure we can fix that!" $60 was jaw droppingly cheap for the job at hand but I went away with some optimism.

A few days later and I picked up a photo that was literally scanned from the original damaged one (think pigment peeling off the photo in lines) with some colour enhancement and not much else. The "restored photo" is probably even worse than the original in many ways. The $60 paid was not remotely worth the job done.

If you are looking for actual restoration work, I would not recommend - sadly.

The staff at camera House Bunbury were incredibly helpful, thorough & provided a great follow up service. Kylie in particular was brilliant - she managed to retrieve digital photos I thought may have been accidentally deleted. I would certainly recommend this centre for all your photographic needs.

Couldn't recommend Camera House in Bunbury more highly. The quality of the film development is incredible, as is the turn around time. I regularly get film developed here and Kylie and Christian are the best in the business. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job. A 5 star for the Bunbury Camera House staff and their help .....
BUT a 1 star for the corporate website ... I nearly didn't bother to go in after spending some time on the national website.It's
cumbersome , badly organised and doesn't have a lot of the products that are actually in the Bunbury store ...lesson? Go into the store
