Troyson was engaged to help me buy an IP in regional qld and after 9 months of not being able to find any decent property, I asked for refund for my deposit with him. As per the attachment he said he will "refund after 45 days" and now 55 days later he has completely disappeared and ghosted with no replies.
Wouldn't engage his services for as an interstate buyer as all he did was show properties that were ok or over market price.

If I could give 0 stars I would. After sourcing me a property in the worst street imaginable - I terminated my contract with Troy. It’s in the contract that he will refund 50% of the deposit if the contract is terminated which he has failed to do and since completely ghosted me. Wouldn’t trust him with anything.
