In late August/early October 2020 Joanna worked with me to create a live online showing of my new ready-to-wear summer collection High Spirits. Normally an IRL event, we had to think of a new way of presenting the work due to the pandemic lock down. We brainstormed ideas, I found Joanna's input to be invaluable. Ultimately you get expert tutorial from someone who has tried and tested practices, starting with your strategy, identification of your customer and applicable messaging, establishing your social platform presence and all the hidden tips and tricks to maximise your following and engagement, a social media plan, email marketing and nurture sequences and so on. It really is a great way to cut through the noise and unlock the secrets of social media platforms with guidance from a true professional so you can can optimise your time, costs and speed to market.

I participated in the Caravan Creative Signature Style Strategy for July 2021 in order to strengthen my Instagram presence and I highly recommend the program. Joanna brings a pragmatic approach to social media marketing, dispelling mystery and replacing it with a step-by-step framework. Beginning with brand identity and positioning, participants are empowered to identifying their ideal customer and, then, craft stories and content that will attract and retain them. These 'big' concepts are augmented with practical how-to knowledge and Joanna's personalised input and ideas. The groups are small allowing for cross-pollination of ideas, information and support, while allowing space to interact with Joanna. The zoom sessions included time to begin foundational work and ask questions, and participants were encouraged to continue the work in their own time. Joanna made herself available between sessions via a private Facebook group, email and DM, and her presence and support on Instagram was like having a cheerleader! Weekly challenges encourage participants outside their comfort zones, in solidarity with the rest of the group. The program is an effective way to tackle social media marketing head on while having a red-hot-hoot of a time!
