In 2016 we bought our first property. It was an intimidating experience for us, but we were lucky to have Lucy Massey (then working for Absolute Property Conveyancing) as our conveyancer. She was more than happy to explain the ins and outs of the process and explain anything that we did not understand (which was a great deal). She didn't put a brave face on when answering our questions, she was genuinely happy to ensure that we understood the ins and outs of the transaction.

In 2022 it was time to look for a bigger property. It was a no-brainer to ask Lucy (now working for Carter Ferguson) to handle our affairs. In this she was ably assisted by Kristy Barnsley. Some things have changed since 2016... no face-to-face meetings, communications conducted by email or phone. We are very happy with the service that they have provided.

Sometime in the future I guess we will move again. At which point we will be very happy to have Lucy and/or Kristy representing us.
