We recently opened our business in Bomaderry and Duncan designed and installed our signage for our shop. Our vision for our signwork was surpassed, we are so pleased with how amazing it all turned out. Cannot recommend highly enough the team at CD Graphics and signs. Difficult surfaces to cover, tight time frame and still they delivered a product and service above our expectation. All our customers love the look, which could not have been achieved without Duncan and the team, they went above and beyond.

4 weeks later and still no sign products or refund for non delivery of order

Initially Duncan sounded good over the phone when ordering, but that soon proved to be a false sense of security,
It then took almost two weeks and constant reminders from me to even get a invoice for the products ordered, Then after another two weeks of emails and phone calls and texts requesting order status updates , which he's avoided ,and not replied I called him from another number on a sunday and when he answered he sounded surprised that it was me, ( clearly being avoiding my calls ) made up a bunch of excuses as to why my signs haven't being completed yet let alone delivered within the time frame organised which I'd payed extra for aswell.

I requested a refund as this has time frame of non delivery has severely affected the marketing of my newly opened business, which he agreed to do, three days later and still nothing and no reply to my emails or phone calls or texts again.
