We can’t speak highly enough of CCP. Oakey Creek Speckle Parks entrusted CCP for their inaugural Sale catalogue and promotional gear. I went to CCP with three pencil drawn plans on pure white paper
I wanted an accurate electronic copy of each
I stressed the need for legibility and was expecting three separate images back
I asked that the scale be maintained
What I got was a simple photocopy file of all three drawings in one image that in actual fact mostly couldn’t be read/ seen.
It took less than 5 minutes and cost $24
Council asked me to resubmit the images as they could not be read
I went elsewhere
Very very disappointing and the middle aged lady that served me needs some training in customer service and happiness.
I’m sure the professional printer chaps in there are not the same and would give the right result

Update
The owner called me to apologise and offer a full refund. More importantly he took the person aside and gave her more training in customer service and demeanour. Ive changed the rating from 1 to 5 on this basis. It is my own choice to update it.
