The only reason I'm giving 5 stars, is that that's as high as the rating goes. I got such great help from Noel, who went above and beyond with getting the house sold. I live interstate and wasn't much help at all, but Noel saw to it that the garden was kept nice for people viewing the property, and really got things sorted with some whitegoods that had been left when we did the initial cleanup. Deepest gratitude to Noel for helping me though a difficult time and getting the job done. I highly recommend him.

Noel and the team at Century21 Alstonville were incredible to work with. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, their engagement and their commitment. He is a great communicator. This was the first time the dwelling had been sold after my father built it in the mid 1970’s. The new owners would be the second owners of the property. Noel and the team understood the requirements for the sale and helped with the preparation of the dwelling and the paddock. They clearly explained how the market was responding to the dwelling on offer. The first five open houses occurred in driving rain and dampened the spirits of the potential buyers. While I would have been happy with any purchaser, I explained that it was my mother’s wish that a family buy the dwelling and enjoy the property as our family had for 52 years. Noel was incredibly knowledgeable about the market conditions, kept me informed of other sales in the district and regularly contacted me. He was attentive, genuinely interested and helpful. Noel is a rare commodity in the real estate industry. He is honest, helpful, engaging and considerate. I can’t recommend Noel and Century21 Alstonville highly enough for their communication, support and encouragement. I am pleased I engaged him to sell the family home.
